When registering for events such as the AI Summit:

• Registration confirmation does not guarantee attendance if capacity limits are reached
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice
• Event materials and content are proprietary and may not be recorded or redistributed without permission
• Attendees agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
• We may use photographs or recordings from events for promotional purposes

Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying and validating any AI-generated outputs before use.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidal AI Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tidal AI Advisors, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
